The Taylorville Methodist Women (TMW) will have their February meeting on Monday, February 23 in the Grove at 10 am. Women of the church are welcome!

Enter into the Lenten season with us at our Ash Wednesday service. Lent is a 40 day season of fasting and repentance as we prepare for Easter. Ash Wednesday - with receiving ashes on our forehead in the sign of the cross - is the start of the season, in which we remember our mortality and sin and our need for a Savior.

TMC’s Annual Trunk or Treat is on Halloween Night from 6-7PM! We offer this as a safe, friendly alternative to traditional trick or treating. We aim to not have super scary (so friendly for the littlest kids) - only games and candy!

We are looking for volunteers to decorate and man trunks - we aim for 12-15 trunks each year. Trunks and costumes by volunteers must be church appropriate. If you have any questions, contact Pastor Taylor for more information.

We are currently accepting candy donations! Candy is handed out from each trunk as prizes for each game!

This month we will meet at the church at 9:15 AM to carpool to Eagle’s Wings

We are partnering with United for the Homeless to serve and fellowship our homeless neighbors in Tuscaloosa!

Important Dates and Info:
Friday and Saturday, Sept 26 and 27 at 9AM we will meet in the TMC Kitchen to prepare food. We need all hands on deck!
Sunday afternoon we will meet back at the church at 1:15PM to load up the food and caravan to the Salvation Army.

We don’t just serve food in a line, but this is a unique opportunity to serve our neighbors at their tables and truly get to fellowship and know our community. We encourage everyone to participate!
